The Meridien House is a charming villa surrounded by a magnificent 10,000 sqm garden, located in Casalserugo, in a prime location at the gates of Padua, a city of art and a UNESCO heritage site. This exclusive residence has been fully renovated to offer maximum comfort in a refined and peaceful setting, ideal for families and couples seeking a relaxing getaway.
The villa is divided into two independent apartments, SUN and MOON, designed to ensure privacy and convenience, each featuring spacious areas and high-end finishes.
In the evening, the atmosphere transforms into a unique experience: enjoy a candlelit dinner on the private terrace, in the lush garden, or in the air-conditioned living area, immersing yourself in the magic of the place and the serenity of the surrounding nature. The Roses House is a Venetian mansion from the late 19th century, nestled in the tranquility of the countryside and expertly renovated to offer an exclusive stay focused on luxury and relaxation.
Located between the majestic waterways of the Adige and Po rivers, this historic residence combines the charm of traditional architecture with modern comforts. The villa is divided into four independent apartments – Violet, Daisy, Tulip, and Iris – each unique in style and details, yet all share high-end finishes and top-quality amenities.
The heart of the property is the lush 3,500 sqm garden, which features a private swimming pool, a heated hot tub, and a large sunbathing area equipped to enjoy the sun in complete peace. The interiors are designed for maximum comfort, from underfloor heating to independent air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, private terraces, and exclusive details such as an infrared sauna and hydromassage showers.
